Lots of compliments...but falling apart

I was so excited to buy this sweatshirt last year! Every time I wear it, I get lots of compliments. However, there are some issues with it. The cuff of the sleeve started falling apart pretty quickly. It looks like the seam came out, or just wasn’t sewn properly. Also, parts of a letter or two look like they weren’t on securely. I feel like I need to be reallllly careful with it, in order to prevent further damage. It’s such a great sweatshirt, just wish it was better made...I’m not sure how it’ll hold up over the next couple or years.
