  • About The Right Direction

    Founded by BMX rider Don DiBartolomeo and photographer Matt Bowley, The Right Direction is a program designed to help kids excel in activities they're passionate about.

    “Action sports promote healthy risk-taking, perseverance, and resilience. Success in these sports requires dedication and hard work,” says Don, who has mentored kids and honed their skills since 1986. He believes that action sports provide the perfect environment for self-expression, creativity, communication, and the development of interpersonal skills.

    By engaging with local skate parks and schools, The Right Direction discovered that many kids possess natural talent; they just need the motivation to recognize their self-worth and refine their skills.

    Their mission is to empower youth through action sports.

    Throughout September, $5 from every purchase of the limited-edition t-shirt will be donated to The Right Direction.

  • Subscriptions

  • Joining Jupmode's Community Shirt Club means that you are automatically enrolled in every pre-sale of community shirts at a 20% discounted rate! Community shirt pre-sales will run every 2 months. You will receive an email prior to each release, so you have time if you need to change your shirt size or cancel your subscription. The credit card on file will be charged automatically if you do not cancel your subscription prior to the shirt release date.

  • Your first shirt will ship out once you join the club. Your first shirt is the Community shirt of the month you purchase it in.

  • Once subscribing, your credit/debit card will be billed $24.09 (includes taxes and shipping) and you will receive that specific Community shirt for the current month. After, a new shirt will be released every 60 days and you will be charged every other month on the first. 

  • When you join the Community Shirt Club, you will immediately be charged.

  • All official shirt of the month tees will ship out on the first of the month!

  • Orders ship on the first business day of the month. We ship via the US Postal Service. The standard shipping rate for one shirt is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are typically 3-5 days although it can vary depending on volume with USPS. You can expect your Community Shirt to arrive within the first few weeks of the new month.

  • Account management

  • No, Community Shirts cannot be returned.

  • If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size, email us at shirtclub@jupmode.com. 

  • To cancel your subscription, log in to your account at Jupmode.com, and under manage subscription you have the option to cancel. Cancellation must be made prior to the next shirt release.

  • Login to your account at Jupmode.com and you will be able to edit all of your personal information there.

  • Yes! As a Toledo based company we aim to foster a sense of pride for our city. The Toledo community is a strong community and we plan to reflect that in these Community Shirt releases.

  • Yes! However, if you choose to purchase the shirt without enrolling in the program you will not receive the 20% discount.  

  • No, once the order closes we will not be making more. Order today before it's gone forever!

  • Absolutely! The Community Shirt subscription is a great gift for someone who loves Toledo and wants to support the many great local organizations that are doing good here. 

    To send this as a gift, make sure you checkout with the correct Subscriber information. It should include the gift recipient's information (name, shipping address, email, etc.).

  • To activate your free shipping, all you have to do is make sure you are logged into your jupmode.com account when you are online shopping. When you are logged in, you won’t need to use a code and your contact and shipping information will automatically be filled in to save you some time!
