Community Shirt Subscription Information and FAQ
We are offering our Community Shirts as a subscription-based program. Every 60 days we partner with charities and non-profit organizations in the Toledo area that we think are impacting the community in a positive way and help raise money through a t-shirt sale to support their mission. We donate $5 from the sale of each shirt to the cause.
With our subscription program you will automatically order the new Community shirt when it is released every 60 days. By subscribing you will receive a 20% discount on the shirt. Our donation to the cause will remain the same.
How do I subscribe to the Community Shirts?
Subscribing is as easy as placing a standard order on Jupmode.com.
- Head over the Community Shirt collection.
- Click on the current community shirt.
- Choose your size
- Select 'Subscribe to Community Shirts'
- Click Add to Cart.
- Continue shopping or checkout.
How does the Community Shirt Subscription Work?
Joining Jupmode's Community Shirt Club means that you are automatically enrolled in every pre-sale of community shirts at a 20% discounted rate! Community shirt pre-sales will run every 2 months. You will receive an email prior to each release, so you have time if you need to change your shirt size or cancel your subscription. The credit card on file will be charged automatically if you do not cancel your subscription prior to the shirt release date.
How does billing work for my subscription?
Once subscribing, your credit/debit card will be billed $24.09 (includes taxes and shipping) and you will receive that specific Community shirt for the current month. After, a new shirt will be released every 60 days and you will be charged every other month on the first.
Will all of your t-shirts have an Community theme?
Yes! As a Toledo based company we aim to foster a sense of pride for our city. The Toledo community is a strong community and we plan to reflect that in these Community Shirt releases.

Can I purchase the Community Shirt without enrolling in the program?
Yes! However, if you choose to purchase the shirt without enrolling in the program you will not receive the 20% discount.
Can I purchase previous releases?
No, once the order closes we will not be making more. Order today before it's gone forever!
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, login to your account at Jupmode.com and under manage subscription you have the option to cancel. Cancellation must be made prior to the next shirt release
How can I change my address, size, or payment info?
Login to your account at Jupmode.com and you will be able to edit all of your personal information there.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship on the first business day of the month. We ship via the US Postal Service. The standard shipping rate for one shirt is USPS First Class mail. Transit times are typically 3-5 days although it can vary depend on volume with USPS. You can expect your Community Shirt to arrive within the first few weeks of the new month.
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
Community Shirts cannot be returned. If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size, email us at shirtclub@jupmode.com.
Can I give a Community Shirt subscription as a gift?
Absolutely! The Community Shirt subscription is a great gift for someone who loves Toledo and wants to support the many great local organizations that are doing good here.
To send this as a gift, make sure you checkout with the correct Subscriber information. It should include the gift recipient's information (name, shipping address, email, etc.).
How do I get my free shipping on all Jupmode orders?
To activate your free shipping, all you have to do is make sure you are logged into your jupmode.com account when you are online shopping. When you are logged in, you won’t need to use a code and your contact and shipping information will automatically be filled in to save you some time!
If you haven’t created your account yet, it is super easy and takes just a few clicks! You can refer to this blog here if you need step by step instructions. Just make sure you use the same email address that you used to purchase your shirt club shirt and you will be good to go!

Printing shirts for you is what we love doing most. In fact, most of our work is done for other people. We offer custom screen printing, embroidery, and promotional products.
